achieve personal goals.

Aim: To equip clients with the knowledge of optimal human functioning, empowering them to achieve their vital personal goals. I am an advanced practice nurse (nurse with advanced education) and a life coach. My coaching training comes from the field of positive psychology, where I trained under Martin Seligman, PhD combined with the field of holistic nursing, where I am continuing my training under Linda Bark PhD, RN, MCC . I am also a nursing educator and direct a rural LPN to RN education program. Previous to coaching, I was in practice as a nurse-midwife. I have delivered 2000+ babies and worked in preventative women's health care for over 20 years.
